Funds for planting trees to create or enhance green spaces
| The Outside Woodland Fund is making grants to charities and local authorities to plant a wide variety of trees to create or enhance green spaces. |
| Grants between £10,000 and £40,000 are available for planting trees in parks, playgrounds and streets. |
| Applicants for the grants must show how their project will benefit communities and enhance biodiversity. Successful applicants must meet a Biosecure Procurement Requirement, ensuring that newly planted trees are supplied by certified Plant Healthy nurseries or possess a Ready to Plant assessment voucher. |
